The Sol Lab

An advanced teaching laboratory for Pilates instructors.

REFINE YOUR PRACTICE
ELEVATE YOUR TEACHING
BUILD YOUR CRAFT

DSC_7304.JPEG

The Sol Lab is an advanced teaching laboratory designed for Pilates instructors who want to refine the craft behind exceptional teaching.

Limited to just 4–6 instructors per session, these workshops explore the deeper skills often missed in traditional certifications.

Rather than focusing on the choreography of exercises, The Sol Lab focuses on how and why they are taught.

Each session explores:

• advanced verbal cueing
• tactile corrections
• reading bodies quickly
• understanding how exercises build within the classical system
• refining instructor presence

This is a space to develop the observational precision and teaching clarity that separate good instructors from exceptional ones.

You will receive personalised feedback to not only develop your teaching, but how you perform the repertoire.

Be prepared to move, teach, observe and take your teaching to the next level.

THE SOL MENTORSHIP SERIES

Online and In Person

£300

A completely personalised mentorship designed for instructors who want to go deeper than certification — to become exceptional teachers and exceptional movers.

This is not a set course or one-size-fits-all programme. The mentorship is built around you: your teaching, your movement, your goals, and the areas that will create the biggest change in how you work with clients.

The mentorship includes:

    •    2 private Pilates sessions — refining your own movement, understanding of the system, precision and execution.

    •    2 private mentorship calls — focused conversations around your teaching, current challenges, goals and development as an instructor.

    •    Personalised assignments and tasks between sessions, designed specifically to strengthen the areas you need to develop.

    •    Individual feedback and direction throughout, with a clear focus on creating tangible improvement.

We may explore cueing, programming, understanding the body in front of you, building the classical system, instructor presence, movement quality and the ability to create real change in a client.

Because becoming an excellent instructor requires more than knowing the repertoire.

It requires learning how to see, think, move and teach.

Deeper than certification. Completely personal. Built to develop exceptional instructors.
